My inspiration is drawn from everyday rural living, I am inspired by bucolic images of old farmsteads, landscapes and familiar farm creatures.
I use vibrant colors in order for images to explode off the canvas in a celebration of color. Another inspiration for me comes from my fanatic flyfishing spouse.
My series "Fish & Folk" are whimsical images of fish and folks, exagerated and bigger than life.
My husband also contributes his hand tied Classic Salmon Flys, further linking the connection between man and fish.
