Watercolor Class - Simple Greenery and Botanicals with Gather & Grace at Spruce Hill Farm - July 16th

Using watercolor and other paints, you will learn simple techniques to create your own stationery and art.

About this experience

Classes held at the beautiful picturesque Spruce Hill Equestrian Farms next to the Gateway Trailside in Stillwater.

Meet and check in at the Mercantile 10:00 where the Nostalgic Trolley will pick you up promptly at 10:30

Enjoy the 10 minute ride through Stillwater to the rolling beautiful hills of Spruce Hill Farms.

You will meet with your Artisan where you will create your craft, enjoy a delicious meal and drink prepared by Gateway Trailside.

The journey back to Stillwater, hop on the Trolley where it will take you to the Mercantile. 


The Class - 
We will use a variety of brushes using inks and paints on both watercolor and beautiful handmade paper to create your very own set of greeting cards and wall art. You can keep for yourself or these make a lovely gift! You will learn simple techniques with tools and experiment with how different materials absorb into various papers.

All materials are provided and you will leave with your very own set of greeting cards and small art pieces. You will even be able to package your items up as a gift if you like. Ribbons and packaging included.

Chris lives in Stillwater with her husband, and is the creative behind Dotplaid, a small stationery and paper goods company located in Stillwater. Started in 2015, she sells her work locally at Smith + Trade in Stillwater and offers classes both at the store and for private events.
