The Minneapolis Home & Garden show starts today at Noon! February 26, 2020.

So many outstanding Minnesota/Twin Cities/Western Wisconsin tradesmen are showcased at this event. Our very own Kelli Kaufer Designs is designing the main stage and Smith + Trade Mercantile's very own 'Smiths' have showed up to make components that are featured.

Mike Rowe will speak on this stage at 11:30 am on Saturday the 29th of February -- Leap Day!!! Thanks Mike for helping us 'Leap' into not only a new year but a new age of putting trades as a focus for our young people to look toward for education and work. Mike's foundation is like none other that encourages young people to work with their hands, and investigate alternative education sources like a Tech School.

Erin and Kelli started Smith + Trade Mercantile because they both believe in our trades, local artisans, people who build our houses, fix our pluming, install our electric, dig our basements, lay our flooring, paint our walls, install our heating or air conditioning, work on our cars, and build bridges across rivers like the St. Croix river!
