2:30pm Discover the Power of Elderberry - Creators Elyse & Chef Leo head the class teaching you how to make your own elderberry syrup at home while providing an informative Q&A on immune health.

Once the syrup is complete, each participant will go home with a 4 ounce bottle of freshly made elderberry syrup as well as a large DIY kit of all the herbs for you to make at home. Local honey is available for separate purchase at S+T.
