INKAKAW is a Latino women owned business that offers the best chocolate in the USA. We select the best cacao beans from our fields and turn them into chocolate for you. We want to share our vision of sustainability, full traceability, and transparency to build healthier communities.Sustainability is the reason we started our business and have a deep belief in it is the path to making a real change in the world.Our beginning in USA, after beating cancer and uprooting a family of 6 to our new country, I found my calling as the leader in expanding my family's business (from the farm in Ecuador) to my new home, Minnesota, thus, I founded Chocolate San Jose - Minneapolis LLC. in 2018. Like the farm generations before me, I continue to prove that dedication, hard work and family are the real ingredients in San Jose Chocolates.In 2022, with the purpose of making locally the best ethically sourced cacao and chocolate available to Minnesota and the Midwest, I was inspired to add my local line Inkakaw. Every cacao bean is sourced from my family farm in Ecuador; and incorporates local inputs to support my community and still promote sustainability. Making Inkakaw chocolate here in Minnesota became my first big dream, and I am now making it a reality.
