Educated as an Interior Designer, I worked hard, ultimately establishing my own design firm. After several years, I retired to take care of our newly adopted special-needs son. As a stay-at-home-mom I searched for a creative outlet, and I discovered weaving, which made my heart sing! I love the fiber's tactile grace and movement, its acquiescence, its colors! I love seeing my designs slowly come to life on my loom! I love the technical aspect as well as the creative path weaving allows. I love the challenge of designing within specific structures. Because of my deep connection to weaving, a little bit of love goes into each item I weave.
