Join us for a basic watercolor class. This is a fun, low key class-no experience is necessary. We will explore simple techniques on watercolor paper, focusing on basic fruits and vegetables, along with a few florals, fish and some simple abstracts. Using liquid watercolor inks, we will practice on a test sheet for the first 30 minutes, then transition over to actual cards, postcards and bookmarks. All materials, tools and instruction are provided. You will leave with your own set of 8-10 cards (including envelopes), a few bookmarks and some small pieces you could frame. Class is held at our class table where there is plenty of natural light and lots of room to spread out. Class led by local artist Chris Hansen.
